How does seat-based pricing work?
Each seat costs $50/month and includes $50 in account credits. Account credits are used to cover your active retailer accounts at $5/account/month. For example, 5 seats ($250/month) includes $250 in credits, which covers ~50 active accounts.
What counts as an "account"?
An account is one retailer relationship. For most vendors, working with Nike = 1 account. If you have multiple distinct opportunities with the same retailer (different products or divisions), each may be a separate account—whatever makes sense for how you organize your work.
What happens if I need more accounts than my credits cover?
You have three options: (1) Add more seats (each seat = $50 more in credits), (2) Purchase one-time credit packs ($100, $250, $500), or (3) Accept overage billing at $6/account/month for accounts beyond your credits.
Do account credits roll over?
Yes! Unused credits roll over month-to-month and never expire. If you use $200 in credits one month but received $250, the remaining $50 carries forward to the next month.
What counts as an "active" account?
An account is active if there's been any activity in the past 30 days—emails synced, files shared, workspace accessed, AI queries, comments, or tasks. Dormant accounts (30+ days with no activity) don't consume credits.
Can I start without payment?
Yes. Your first seat includes 10 free accounts with no time limit. No credit card required.
What's the difference between seats and team members?
Seats are for active contributors (sales reps, managers who need to create/manage workspaces). You can have unlimited team members who can view and collaborate—they don't require a paid seat. Only the people actively managing retailer relationships need seats.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime. Annual plans save 20% ($50/seat/month → $40/seat/month).
What integrations are included?
All plans include Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, and Google Calendar.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no penalties. Unused credits remain available for 90 days after cancellation. Your customers' Deal Rooms remain accessible (read-only) even if you cancel.
What if I have a small team but lots of accounts?
That's fine! If you're a solo vendor managing 100 accounts, you'd need credits to cover 100 accounts (100 × $5 = $500 needed). You could add seats or buy credit packs as needed. For account-heavy situations, contact us for custom pricing.
